QEII Student Jobs
The QEII Library hires student assistants each term to fill a variety of positions. Students are usually hired for approximately 10 hours per week, but this may vary between positions and Library divisions.
To be eligible for a student assistant position, one of these conditions must apply:
- You must be registered full-time in the current semester
- You may be on your off semester and were registered full-time for the previous semester
- You must be formally or provisionally accepted for the next semester
Both graduate and undergraduate students may apply, but all students are paid the undergraduate academic/non-academic rate of pay.
Student assistant positions for the Fall semester have been filled. We still welcome interested students to apply as we will keep all applications on file until the end of the semester for any opportunities that may arise. We will begin accepting applications for the Winter semester on December 1st, 2024. If applying, please complete the Application for Student Employment Form.
