- Copy of Social Insurance Number
- Canadian Birth Certificate/Citizenship/PR Documents
- Copy of Teacher Certificate from outside of P.E.I
- Proof of completion of a recognized Pre-service Professional Teacher Education program
- If you completed your professional teacher education program in a jurisdiction outside PEI, provide proof that you were first certified to teach in that jurisdiction. Provide a copy of your teacher’s license and a Statement of Professional Standing mailed directly from the regulator in that jurisdiction even if you never taught there.

- Application fee: $125 (evaluation fee)
