Library Yoga - September 2025

Library Yoga returns on Wednesday, September 24, from 3:30-4:00 pm!
Join your librarian and yoga instructor Chelsea Humphries in the Grenfell Library for a free mindful movement break at the back of our main floor (near the windows, behind the periodical shelving). All are welcome; no experience required! Bring your own mat or borrow one from the library's collection while supplies last.
