Agreement with Elsevier with APC-free publishing

As part of its ongoing commitment to Open Access initiatives, Memorial University Libraries is pleased to announce a new three-year agreement with academic publisher Elsevier that allows Memorial University affiliated authors unlimited open access publishing in more than 1,800 Elsevier hybrid journals with no Article Processing Charge (APC). The agreement was reached via the Libraries membership in the national Library consortium, the Canadian Research Knowledge Network (CRKN).
The term of the agreement is from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.
